Shipping Information / Shipping Policy:

We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service(USPS) for both domestic & international orders.  For international orders, please see our international customers link.  Our shipping rates are low-cost, consisting of three shipping options:(First class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express).  Be Aware: that many contact lens sites will ship ‘USPS Standard’ which can take up to 5 Business days more than USPS First class, and they would still charge you the same rates(or even more) than we would charge for first class.

We generally have flat rates across the US for First Class($4.99) and Priority Mail($6.50), with the exception of some US territories and associated states which will have varying rates for Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.  Our rates also vary state by state for Priority Mail Express.

You don’t need to enter any payment information before getting a shipping quote.  After adding your desired contact lens to our shopping cart, just go to the cart screen, then scroll down and click ‘estimate shipping & tax’ button on our cart screen, then fill out required information and click estimate shipping & tax once again.

Shipping Methods / Shipping Time

  • USPS (First Class Mail) / 3-5 days + processing time
  • USPS (Priority Mail) / 2-3 days + processing time
  • USPS (Express Mail) / 1-2 days + processing time

Shipping Times advertised by United States Postal Service(USPS) are estimates once the order has left from our warehouse.  It does not include prescription verification time, warehouse processing time, rare prescription(Rx) orders, or custom SFX lens orders; all of which will extend the process.

Warehouse Processing Time

Shipping is FAST!  FXContactLenses.org use modern technology in conjunction with our warehouse to get orders out extremely fast!  Once your prescription or contact lens fitting is verified , your order will begin to be processed, and usually ships out within 1-2 business days for most of our lenses.  Prescriptions(Rx) lenses may take a little longer.

Update 5/1/16: As of this date, we just added an Optional $15.00 Rush Processing Fee for our *custom SFX lenses*. Selecting this option will speed up the warehouse processing for about 1 to 2 weeks — serving as a great solution if you need your lenses sooner.

When ordering *Custom SFX* contact lenses, these professional-styled brand lenses can take anywhere from 7 – 20 business days before they are shipped.  Please understand, *Custom SFX* lenses are custom-made/hand-painted with intricate and fine detail with every order.  Therefore, with all things factored in: custom hand-paints, lens inspections, warehouse processing time, prescription verification time, rare prescription orders — please allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery on *Custom SFX Lenses*.  International orders can take even longer.

Adding our $15.00 Rush Processing Fee for Custom SFX lenses can reduce the aforementioned warehouse processing times by 1-2 weeks.
