Return Policy on custom SFX contact lenses
All “Custom SFX Contact lenses” are non-refundable after the order has been placed. There is no guarantee that your contact lens order will 100% match in terms of color(s) & style(s) as depicted from the lens photos on our site. PLEASE NOTE: These brand lenses are *custom-made / hand-painted* with each specific order, in addition to custom-fittings and specific prescription(s), if applicable. For these reasons, all sales of custom SFX contact lenses are final. No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges will be accepted.
Exchange policy
The contact lenses we sell are closely inspected by lens technicians in an “FDA regulated lab” prior to insertion into the lens vials. So, the lenses are free of any tears, or any defects, and then placed into impenetrable lens bottles. If you still claim to find any malformation, we must be notified within 10 days of you receiving the item — failing which, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in good order and condition and accepted by you. We will examine your claim and give an answer and determine the next step in the process. If the first step in the process is approved, the product must be returned, at which point the product will be fully examined. If approved, you will be shipped out a replacement.
